Verizon blows! i woke up today to find my phone had been disconeected and I have a $78.00 credit with them!, Hve to jump through hoops, can't talk with a live soul, I'm tired of Habla Espaneole press 38, and I find out that something happened when Verizon sold out a bunch of their stuff to Frontier! I tired a lot through the day to get to repair, to no avail. Got an 800# to have phone reconnected and it's been busy all day. I'd say there are 1000's without service that're hacked as I am!

If you are struggling from month to month trying to pay off your verizon cell phone bill and not making enough money like I am, and are thinking about terminating your contract, you can get out of that. Just call verizon and tell them that you want to terminate since your bill is so high, and they might give you a $50 credit like they did for me towards your bill, and they gave me ten percent off my bills 4 the next 6 months. Just trying to help ya'll out! Customer service does work with you :)

What is so fucking retarded on the new upgrade plans for verizon wireless is that they have additional features you can add to your phone, and one of them is a $2 a month extra on your monthly bill to receive detailed billing. I mean wtf, people are already struggling to pay off bills, so why would you have to pay for a bill to receive a bill. Instead of paying the extra money per month to receive detailed billing, just sign into your verizon account online to see your streaming bill for free.

I like Verizon's Customer Service tactic of telling you how they have no problems with a device YOU are having problems with. Then when you tell them about how disatisfied about the product they continue to lie about how either they have one or somebody they know has one. I've done this with my BlackBerry Storm and every single time, different reps, the same response of how great the phone is, yadda, yadda, yadda...

i love my verizon service...everyone that has an issue, regardless of what wireless company, needs to remember, hence the name WIRELESS...that calls are not 100% and it DOES depend on where you are, live, etc. now that's just too bad if you live in bad service area but it is what it is..... love this commercial/ad btw. :)

Verizon service sucks! It's not my phone... I went through three of them! I have to stand outside in my street to use my phone and even then it sucks! "CAN U HEAR ME NOW?!!!" Fuck verizon. I'm lawyering up.
